Manchester Girls FC were formed with a few principles in mind, and that will never change.

1. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or ability
2. All players are equal.
3. We will never turn away a player, if teams are full we will endeavour to find a team that could accommodate.
4. Everyone will be treated with respect.
5. We will never tolerate the bullying or abuse of anyone.
6. The club will give all players 100% support and commitment.
7. Enjoyment comes first and foremost.
8. Football at Manchester Girls FC will always be geared towards fun and enjoyment.
